This new initiative has been set up by ICNA New York to provide a spiritual, educational, religious and social support network for those who are interested to learn more about Islam, for those who have recently converted to Islam and also for those born Muslim and whom would like to learn more about their religion.
This initiative has a number of program, classes and events which you are most welcome to attend. Some of the activities that will be available are:
These classes are designed to help students gain deeper knowledge of Islam, specially designed for those who recently reverted and are new Muslims. This class can also offer a support group for new Muslims who are seeking help to overcome some of their struggles and need help and advice from others to do so.
We will also learn basic Islamic beliefs and everyday Fiqh (Jurisprudence).
