ICNA CSJ celebrates Women’s World History Month
On Friday, March 11th, 2022 at VFW post 65 E Merrick Road, Valley Stream, NY, ICNA council for Social Justice organized an event to celebrate Women History Month. At the event women speakers from different circles of life spoke on challenges do women stereotypically face, based on their gender, Which women’s cause needs to be challenged and changed first? How can men contribute more to women’s empowerment? (In the home & Society) How could you contribute your wisdom, expertise or ideas to empower other women? Describe a struggle or an obstacle that you overcame in your life? What are some of the skills you use to balance all the different roles you play as a woman?
